According to the NCAA, “As of June 1, 2012, NCAA Division I member institutions are only permitted to subscribe to scouting services in men’s basketball, football and women’s basketball that are approved through the NCAA scouting service approval process. The approval process was implemented by the NCAA national office, to ensure compliance with legislated requirements governing the elements required to permit an institution’s subscription to a recruiting service.”
With many DII, DIII, and Junior College institutions already on board, Upstate Scout has now started landing several D1 schools. What you can expect: Our service offers a 12, 8 and 6 subscription package program a year with updated player profiles, contact information, grades and updated schedules to assist you in the recruiting process. Each newsletter will include 15-20 individual write ups! There are many services currently out there but our goal is to provide an inexpensive but high quality newsletter to subscribers so that they can gain insight about players from the Capital Region out to the Southern Tier, Rochester, Syracuse and as far north as Plattsburg.
